Blue Class 2020 πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

We have been busy decorating our Happy Boxes.

Welcome back!!

Firstly I would like to say an enormous Thank You for everything you have done to support your child and the school during the past few months. It's been a strange and often difficult time for everyone but hopefully we are starting to return to some semblance of normality.  It is fantastic to finally be able to welcome the children back to school!

Just a few reminders:

Please make sure your son / daughter brings a water bottle and healthy snack into school each day.

Unfortunately we won't be swimming at the moment, but PE will still take place on a Wednesday afternoon so please send in your child's PE kit.

We hope to spend as much time as we can outside, in line with government guidelines, so please ensure they have warm and water proof clothes with them.

Thank you!

Our topic this term is Space. Please see the curriculum map below which outlines the areas we will be covering this term. Alongside the normal curriculum areas, we will be spending a lot of time making sure that all the children are settled and happy after such a long break from their usual routine. We will be concentrating on understanding our own feelings and exploring different ways to regulate emotions. Each child will be creating an individual Happy Box and I will send further information home about these.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Here's to a great year ahead!
