Welcome to the Autumn Term!
Please click the link below to see an overview of our learning.
Our 'Great Outdoors' topic this term includes some learning about camping so we put a tent up in our classroom!!
We are going to have some 'campfire stories' in literacy in the next few weeks!!
We have been going into the Great Outdoors to practise our map skills in Humanities.
We have looked at aerial photographs of our school and used this to find different locations.
Every Friday morning we have BREAKFAST CLUB! We work out how much our breakfast would cost and then make our food!!
We used some aerial photographs to help us on our 'Street name hunt'!
We had to locate the different street names on our maps and go to those places to collect the orange smiley faces!!
Today we went to the Swiss Garden at Shuttleworth. We used a map of the garden on our treasure hunt and played bench bingo!!
In the afternoon we used the map again to follow the sculpture trail!
